The process starts with a conversation about the customers’ wishes and wants, and is then transformed into reality followed by an exact plan which includes the most minute details and the menu that is just right to attract the targeted audience for this restaurant or initiative.

Our Vision
C.hef Asaph Stern
Chef Assaf Stern was born in Holon and currently lives there with his family. After his military service, he went to study cooking at the "Tadmor" school and upon graduation began working at the Tel Aviv "Sargus" restaurant - first as a sous chef and later as the restaurant's chef. After the Second Lebanon War, he went to intern at the "Moshik" restaurant of chef Moshik Roth, which has two Michelin stars, in the Netherlands.
Upon his return to Israel, he began working at "Khatit", a fine dining restaurant led by chef Meir Adoni. When Adoni opened the diner, Stern became its chef. During this period, he went to intern at the "Da Vittorio" restaurant in Rome, which has three Michelin stars. His next stop was the Aberto restaurant in a boutique hotel in Gadara, where Stern offered a modern cuisine based on local seasonal agriculture. After four years he returned to Tel Aviv to lead the kitchen of the prestigious "Mesa" restaurant.
Stern is a culinary consultant, in the field of catering, hospitality, the new world of hotels and many culinary ventures. Chef Stern participates in many pop-ups in reputed hotels, builds menus for restaurants in Israel and around the world, for kosher and non-kosher restaurants and accompanies his customers from A to Z with an emphasis on service, haute cuisine and a real coexistence of raw and talent depending on the season and being in the area.
